THE SELF-WORTH TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME

Is a 4-month 121 coaching programme proven to transform your mindset and self-esteem. 

Enabling you to value yourself, quieten your self-doubts and have the confidence to live life to the full.

 The 4-month intensive programme is made up of the following modules, all tailored to meet your individual needs.

The modules are specifically designed to support your journey to feeling valued, confident and fulfilled.

MODULE ONE

Clarity And Self-Awareness - In this half-day session we'll use various tools to gain clarity on your current situation the barriers that are holding you back and what results you'd ideally like to have in 3 to 6 months 

After this module you will be able to articulate with clarity:  

  • The goals and expectations you have for the next 6 months
  • What success in this programme looks like to you
  • The key elements of your life that are in and out of balance
  • The beliefs you have about yourself and the rest of the world



MODULE TWO

Building Self-Worth and Self-Esteem - Self-worth and self-esteem are about the respect and value we have for ourselves. They can be affected by our conditioning as children and reinforced through life and in this module we'll start the process of boosting yours.

After this module you will have an understanding of:  

  • What do I believe about my value compared to others?
  • What am I passionate about, when do I feel in flow and what makes me happy?
  • Exercises to build self-worth
  • Setting personal boundaries



MODULE THREE

Early Messages And Beliefs - We'll look at the thoughts and messages you've taken from your early relationships with significant adults and children to understand how they're affecting your self-worth

After this module you will have:  

  • Unpacked the childhood messages and beliefs and found any themes
  • Challenged and reframed those beleifs with the benefit of an adults mind and a different perspective
  • Understood what self-sabootaging behaviours and thinking this has led to



MONTH FOUR

Self-Compassion - Is all about limiting your self-criticism an it's harmful effects. It enables you to stop beating yourself up and leave your insecurities behind.

After this module you will understand:  

  • Why self-compassion is important
  • The key components of self-compassion
  • Incorporating self-compassion into your life
  • Self-acceptance



MODULE FIVE

Thinking Patterns - In this module we'll focus on challenging the habitual patterns of thinking that lead to self-sabotage

After this module you'll have coping strategies to help:  

  • Get out of your own head and quieten your overthinking
  • Stop comparing yourself to others
  • Stop 'what if' thinking
  • Stop worrying what others think



MODULE SIX

How The Mind Works And Emotional Resilience -

In the final module we'll explore the way we experience the world and how this understanding will empower you to value yourself. 

We'll also take a longer term view to ensure you have the resilience to sustain your new minds
